يُطلب من البائع التقاط لقطات شاشة (صورة لقطة شاشة قبل وبعد التداول) أو تقديم فيديو يُوثّق عملية التداول، ثم رفعها إلى صفحة تفاصيل الطلب بعد اكتمال التسليم. لا يُسمح للبائع بطلب إلغاء الطلب. قد يُطلب من البائع تقديم تعويض إلزامي للمشتري في حال إلغاء الطلب أو تأخيره بسبب إهماله. يجب أن يكون مستوى المخزون دقيقًا دائمًا. على سبيل المثال، إذا كان مستوى المخزون مُحدّدًا عند 1000، يُتوقع منك تقديم خدمة توصيل 1000 عملة للمشتري. تأكد من قدرتك على توفير خدمة التوصيل قبل إنشاء القائمة.

يجب أن تتم جميع الاتصالات والمراسلات بين البائع والمشتري عبر تطبيق الدردشة wdkeys. يُرجى الامتناع عن الدردشة داخل اللعبة.

لا يُسمح للبائع بتقديم عروض تجارية أو شخصية خارج الموقع بأي شكل من الأشكال (انظر التداول خارج الموقع أدناه). أي بائع يُكتشف قيامه بذلك سيتم حظر حسابه على wdkeys بشكل دائم.

يجب أن تكون الاتصالات مع المشترين مهذبة. نمنع منعًا باتًا نشر أي محتوى مضايق، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، التهديد بالعنف. إذا كنت تعتقد بوجود انتهاك لأي من سياساتنا، يُرجى إبلاغنا بذلك فورًا.

لا يُسمح للبائع بإنشاء أكثر من حساب wdkeys واحد والاحتيال بالشراء من قائمة مبيعاته. أي بائع يُضبط وهو يفعل ذلك يُعرّض نفسه لعقوبات أو حتى حظر دائم لحسابه.

إذا نشأ نزاع تجاري أو استرداد رسوم بسبب أسباب تسبب فيها البائعون، مثل تأخير التسليم أو عدم تحميل إثبات التسليم كما هو مطلوب، فإن البائعين مسؤولون عن جميع التكاليف والأضرار المرتبطة بهذه النزاعات.

العناصر الافتراضية داخل اللعبة، والعملات، وبطاقات اللاعبين، والفرق المباعة على المنصة، جميعها مُحصّلة بشكل قانوني (من خلال لعب مباريات عبر الإنترنت، وإكمال المهام، وفتح الحزم، إلخ). تخضع جميع المنتجات المعروضة للبيع لرقابة صارمة من قِبل المنصة. يُحظر الحصول على أصول اللعبة بطرق أخرى.

تُتيح wdkeys للبائعين تحويل رصيد محفظتهم من أرصدة داخلية أو رموز مميزة إلى العملة الأساسية (مثل الدولار الأمريكي). يُحدد wdkeys سعر التحويل هذا، وقد يتقلب (بمعنى آخر، 1 رصيد = 1 دولار). يُقر البائعون بأن تحويل الأرصدة إلى أموال لا يُمثل شراءً لأوراق مالية أو أي أداة مالية أخرى.

السلع والخدمات المحظورة والمقلدة:
إذا عرض البائع سلعةً أو خدمةً محظورة، كما هو موضح أدناه، فسيُعتبر ذلك انتهاكًا لشروط الخدمة لدينا، سواءً تعمد البائع ذلك أم لا. إذا قررت wdkeys أن أحد الإعلانات مخالفٌ أو غير مناسب، يحق لـ wdkeys، وفقًا لتقديرها، حذف الإعلان وإلغاء أي معاملات ذات صلة، بما في ذلك إنهاء حساب البائع أو تعليقه.

● سلع مسروقة أو مقلدة.
● أي عنصر يحتوي على فيروس كمبيوتر، أو برامج ضارة، أو برامج تجسس.
● أي نسخ غير مصرح بها أو محمية بحقوق الطبع والنشر تشمل، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، النسخ الاحتياطية، أو المقرصنة، أو المكررة، أو غير القانونية.
● بيع حساب أو حق الوصول إلى حساب تم تسجيله لشخص معين.

في wdkeys يأخذ على محمل الجد الممارسات التجارية المُتبعة في سوقنا. ورغم ندرة حدوثها، فقد سُجِّلت حالات تضرر فيها مستخدمون صادقون من أعمال/نوايا احتيالية من قِبل محتالين. تضمن التجارة التي تُجرى وتُنجز داخل منصة wdkeys اجتياز الطلب لفحوصات التحقق لدينا وامتثاله للبروتوكولات المناسبة. لن تتلقى wdkeys أي ضمانات من جانبها، سواءً في مجال الوساطة أو التعويض، لأننا لسنا مسؤولين عن أفعال الأفراد خارج منصة التداول الخاصة بنا.

لقد وضعنا حاليًا سياسةً للبائعين لإثبات موقفٍ حازمٍ ضدّ الترويج للتداول خارج الموقع. حتى مع نيةٍ صادقة، قد تسوء الأمور، ولذلك نُتخذ هذه الخطوات الاستباقية لضمان سلامة مستخدمينا الصادقين. في حال ضبط بائعٍ يستغلّ حركة المرور من wdkeys لإتمام عملية تداول خارج الموقع، فسيتم تعليق حساباته. إذا حاول أيُّ مشترٍ أو بائعٍ إغراءك بالانخراط في أنشطة تداول خارج الموقع، يُرجى إبلاغنا بذلك فورًا. في النهاية، قد تُجنّب نفسك والآخرين التعرّض لأنشطة احتيالية لا داعي لها.

Seller's Offense
1st Offense
- Your wdkeys account will be suspended temporarily (remove listings, disable payment withdrawal and selling permission, cancel any pending payments).
- You may contact wdkeys via support@wdkeys.com and produce a formal written appeal for your case. Our respective management shall review the case before deciding on the outcome.
- A penalty of USD150* is to be paid directly to us via specific payment gateways or deducted directly from seller's available balance, prior to the release of the account.
- Any partial delivery made will be deducted and a full refund shall be issued to the buyer.

2nd Offense
- Your wdkeys account will be suspended permanently.
- Your entire account and its contents will be revoked (including any available funds in the account).

AML Policy
This policy of wdkeys is to prohibit and actively pursue the prevention of money laundering and any activity that facilitates money laundering or the funding of terrorist and terrorist activities. wdkeys requires its managers, employees and affiliates to adhere to the policy in preventing the use of Company’s Services for money laundering purposes.

wdkeys operates in areas where there are strict anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We are committed to cooperating with local financial management departments. wdkeys complies with relevant international standards and local legislation and jurisdiction requirements, strengthens and adjusts our internal monitoring mechanism, and cracks down on relevant illegal activities.

We predict the average level of virtual items acquired by normal individual players in the game based on the length of the game's server opening time, and use this as a basis to determine whether the virtual items sold by the player are abnormal;

We constantly set and adjust daily transaction limits and withdrawal limits based on security requirements and actual transaction conditions;

If transactions occur frequently in your registered account or exceed a reasonable range, our team will evaluate and determine whether the transaction is suspicious;

If we determine that a transaction is suspicious based on our evaluation, we may take restrictive measures such as suspending or rejecting the transaction. If possible, we may even cancel the transaction as soon as possible and report to the competent authority, but will not notify you;

Anti-money laundering regulations require us to monitor and track suspicious transactions and report to relevant law enforcement agencies. If we believe that there is any connection with criminal activities or money laundering, we have the right to refuse transactions at any stage.

Suspicious activities
Where any suspicions arise that criminal conduct may have taken place involving a customer, or third party, we will consider whether there is a risk that money laundering has occurred or may occur.

Some examples of suspicious activities to be reported include:
1. A customer provides insufficient, false, or suspicious information or is reluctant to provide complete information.
2. Requests by a customer to pay in cash.
3. Payments to or from third parties that have no apparent or logical connection with the customer or transaction.
4. Payment to or from countries considered high risk for money laundering.
5. Payments from countries unrelated to the transaction or not logical for the customer.
6. Overpayments followed by directions to refund a payment, especially if requested to send the payment to a third party.
7. Any customer for whom we cannot determine the true beneficial owner.
8. Unexpected spikes in a customer’s activities.
9. Purchase any Offer created by him/herself, or an agent of him/herself.
10. Register or make use of more than one wdkeys account.
11. Confirm delivery before its completion.
12. Return purchased products or services to the Seller under any circumstances except when appropriately arbitrated by wdkeys staff.

When the above suspicious activities happen.
wdkeys should be entitled to:
Verify the Buyer and Buyer’s payments;
Hold the Buyer’s payments until wdkeys has determined the Order’s completion state;
Appropriately refund the Buyer for any products or services that are deemed by wdkeys not to have been properly delivered;
Protect the Seller from payment fraud;
Appropriately disburse payment to the Seller, minus wdkeys fees, for any products or services that are deemed by wdkeys to have been properly delivered;
Reserve the right to prosecute the Buyer or Seller, to the fullest extent of the law, should there be any fraudulent activity.

In the event that a transaction is escalated to the wdkeys Final Resolution Committee.
wdkeys should be entitled to:
Impartially arbitrate any disputes between the Buyer and Seller to the fullest extent possible;
Continue to hold the Buyer’s payments until the completion state of the Order has been determined by wdkeys;
Continue to protect the Seller from fraudulent payments;
Meticulously inspect the Seller’s Delivery Evidence and verify to the fullest extent possible that the Seller has abided by the Secure Seller Delivery Agreement;
Verify to the fullest extent possible that the Buyer has abided by the Secure Buyer Delivery Agreement;
Review the trading history of the Buyer and Seller;
Rigorously verify the Buyer and Seller involved in the transaction, as well as a review of the Offer and Order;
Review any communications sent between the Buyer and Seller through the wdkeys Onsite Messaging System that are related to the Order;
Reserve the right to perform any additional assessment or investigatory step required in the final resolution of a dispute.

wdkeys takes a firm stand against identity theft and fraud. wdkeys takes a variety of both orthodox and unorthodox measures to prevent, track, investigate and log fraudulent activity.
As a policy, wdkeys will aggressively pursue, to the fullest extent of the law, prosecution of any individuals or groups who engage in fraudulent activity on the Site. This includes fully supplying all relevant personal, transactional, and other identifiable information to the appropriate legal authorities, including, without limitation, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Internet Fraud Complaint Center, the United States Postal Inspection Service, the United States Secret Service and other relevant local, state, federal, and international authorities, such that the they may complete investigations, issue arrest warrants, and make an effective prosecution.

wdkeys will also report fraudulent activities to related ISPs (Internet Service Providers) for action under their Acceptable Use Policies.

In addition to the criminal cases that may be filed, wdkeys may submit a separate civil case against an offender to recover any and all damages and costs (financial and otherwise) that are incurred by wdkeys. wdkeys takes no consideration of, and makes no exception to, how "small" the fraud is, the age of the fraudulent individual, nor that "no one was really hurt". wdkeys investigates, prosecutes, and litigates to the fullest extent possible, without regard to cost.

Conviction on Credit Card Fraud carries penalties of 10 years imprisonment and/or a $10,000 fine per U.S.C. Title 18, Section 3056, Subsection (b), and specifically authorizes the United States Secret Service to detect and arrest any person who violates any federal criminal laws relating to Credit Card Fraud and related activity in connection with computers and/or access devices.

Copyright Policy
We respect the intellectual property of others and we expect the users of our services do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright or other intellectual property rights infringement and is accessible through a website or other online service operated by us, you may notify us in accordance with the European Union’s E-Commerce Directive 2000/31/EC (including appropriate EU Member State implementing legislation) in relation to applicable intellectual property rights, or the United States’ Digital Millennium Copyright Act 1998 (DMCA).

Notice of Claimed Infringement
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you will need to send a written communication that includes the following:
(a) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
(b) Identification of the work claimed to have been infringed.
(c) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and which is requested to be removed or disabled, along information reasonably sufficient to enable us to locate the material.
(d) Information reasonably sufficient to enable us to contact you, for example an email address, telephone number or other contact details.
(e) A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
(f) A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury under the DMCA, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right which allegedly is infringed.

If you are unsure whether you hold rights to a particular work, or whether the content you are reporting is infringing your legal rights, please consult an attorney before filing a DMCA Notice. Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be liable for any damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by us or our users, if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material or activity is infringing.

Take Down Procedure
Upon receipt of written notification provided in the manner required by 17 U.S.C. § 512 or relevant local applicable laws , we will:
Remove or disable access to the material that is alleged to be infringing;
Forward the written notification to the user who posted the allegedly infringing material ("User"); and
Take reasonable steps to promptly notify the User that we have removed or disabled access to the material.
If your notification does not comply with § 512 of the DMCA, but does identify the allegedly infringing work, we will contact you promptly to assist you in complying with the notice requirements.

DMCA Counter Notification
If you receive a notification stating that material you submitted to wdkeys is disabled or removed as a result of a DMCA Notice, and you believe that the material was disabled or removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, then you may send us a DMCA Counter-Notification to the addresses above.
You need to send us a notification includes the following:
(a) Your physical or electronic signature;
(b) Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
(c) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
(d) Your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address; and
(e) A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which you are located, or if your address is outside of the United States, of any judicial district in which we do business, and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party or his agent.

Upon receipt of written counter notification provided in the manner required by 17 U.S.C. § 512 or relevant local applicable laws, we will:
Promptly provide the complaining party with a copy of the counter notification;
Inform the complaining party that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within ten (10) business days;
Replace the removed material or cease disabling access to the material within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days following receipt of the counter notification, provided our designated agent has not received notice from the complaining party that an action has been filed seeking a court order to restrain User from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our network or system.

wdkeys may elect not to respond to intellectual property infringement notifications that do not substantially comply with all of the foregoing requirements, and wdkeys may elect to remove allegedly infringing material that comes to its attention via notices that do not substantially comply with such requirements.

Repeat Infringers
It is the firm policy of the Site to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers, and/or to block such Users from posting additional content, to the extent technically feasible.

wdkeys has long been committed to providing convenient and legal trading services. Mainwhile, we respect and protect the intellectual copyright rights of related parties. We always resolutely put an end to infringements that harm the legitimate interests of others, and implement this principle in our daily services and operations. A friendly, legal and fair trading environment is guaranteed for global users.

TradeProtect for Buyer
1. wdkeys TradeProtect will cover a buyer's purchase when:
- Buyer did not receive their order.
- Item received by the buyer does not match product description.
2. wdkeys TradeProtect does not cover the following:
- Buyers have verified and confirmed the receipt of the order.
- Buyer's remorse.
- Transactions made outside of wdkeys Marketplace.
- Any amendment by Game Developer / Game Publisher after delivery is successfully conducted.
3. wdkeys TradeProtect does not cover fraudulent claims. We reserve the right to pursue legal actions and permanently suspend a buyer's account for filing fraudulent claims.
4. Buyers must only confirm the receipt of your order after you have verified the item received is as described in the product listing and in working condition. Confirming the receipt of your order indicate that you are satisfied with your purchase and agree to release the payment to the seller.
5. The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the purchased Goods and/or Services if no claim, issues and/or complaints is raised or made by the relevant Buyer to wdkeys within seventy two (72) hours upon delivery of the purchased Goods and/or Services. Refunds will not be given for orders which its payment has been released to the seller.
6. All Sale Contracts are strictly made between the relevant Seller and the relevant Buyer. wdkeys may assist the Buyer or the Seller in the event of a dispute after the conclusion of Sale Contract, but shall not otherwise be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever in respect of Sale Contracts.
7. In the event of a trading dispute, buyers have 72 hours to respond to our request for information by providing evidence for validation. We will deem the issue resolved and close the dispute if buyer fails to do so within the stipulated time frame.
8. All payment disputes or chargeback is not covered by TradeProtect. We will stop investigation and any request including refunds will not be entertained if such situation arise.
9. wdkeys TradeProtect only suits for protecting legal interests for buyers purchasing inside of wdkeys marketplace, ensuring the compliance with regulations of trading process. It is not a product warranty.

Transaction Limits for buyers
wdkeys users are required to follow below transaction limits based on the registration date and/or purchase history, and the purchase pattern. Otherwise, their accounts will be restricted.
For new user account(registered within 6 Months):
1. Daily transaction with the cap of $700 USD or equals to $700 USD in other currencies.
2. The maximum amount of a single transaction is limited to $500 USD or equals to $500 USD in other currencies.
3. If a newly registered user purchases more than $2000USD in a single month, his/her account may be limited.
4. For newly registered users, the frequency is limited to 3 with the cap of $1000 USD per day.
For old user account(registered over 6 Months):
1. Daily transaction with the cap of $2000 USD or equals to $2000 USD in other currencies.
2. The maximum amount of a single transaction is limited to $2000 USD or equals to $2000 USD in other currencies.
3. If an old user purchases more than $5000USD in a single month, his/her account may be limited.
4. For old users, the frequency is limited to 5 with the cap of $2000 USD per day.
5. It is regarded as new users who registered accounts over 6 months but with transaction history within 6 months.

wdkeys reserves the right to impose further transaction limits on the purchase.

TradeProtect for Seller
Sell your items at wdkeys with peace of mind and let us handle all necessary verification so you can solely focus on your trades.

Coverage provided to seller under wdkeys TradeProtect:
1. Escrowed payments until delivery are confirmed: wdkeys safeguards sellers from scams by safely holding the buyer’s payment in escrow. Unless the sold item is not delivered within a timely manner, buyers are not able to cancel the transaction, ensuring that the funds stay locked until the whole transaction is complete.
2. Chargeback liability: This applies when a buyer is trying to file for unauthorised payment refund (chargeback). Given that the seller can provide full delivery proof based on our services requirement, the seller will be fully reimbursed. wdkeys takes the lead to resolve the issue with the payment providers and sellers can relax and focus on what matters the most, selling.
3. Seller`s account and product listings must be in check with our Terms of Service.

1. يُرجى تحميل إثبات التسليم فورًا من خلال صفحة طلب البيع لدى البائع عند تسليم الطلب. لن نقبل بعد الآن إثبات التسليم المُرسل إلى صندوق بريدنا. إذا لم يتم العثور على إثبات التسليم في طلب البيع لدى البائع، أو تم تحميله في غضون الإطار الزمني المحدد، فسنعتبر أنه لم يتم تقديم إثبات تسليم من قِبل البائع وسيتم اتخاذ القرارات على هذا الأساس في حالة حدوث نزاع تجاري. سيدعم النظام الآن تحميل كل من ملفات الصور والفيديو:
(أ) التنسيق المدعوم: jpg، jpeg، gif، png، mp4، 3gp، mov، wmv، avi، flv
(ب) حد الحجم: الحد الأقصى 100 ميجابايت لكل ملف
(ج) الكمية: الحد الأقصى 150 ملفًا لكل طلب
2. بالنسبة لمبلغ الطلب الذي يزيد عن 500.00 دولار أمريكي، يتعين على البائع الاحتفاظ بنسخة من إثبات الفيديو. قد تتطلب بعض الألعاب أيضًا إثبات فيديو بغض النظر عن مبلغ التداول.

٦. تحتفظ wdkeys بالحق في إلغاء الطلب إذا تبيّن أن البائع قد قدّم إثبات تسليم غير صحيح أو مزيف.
